Grooming Services
Bath & Blow Dry
Our basic bath & blow dry service is suitable for short coated breeds that do not shed excessively. Such as French Bulldogs or Italian Grey Hounds.
Your pooch is pampered with a luxurious double or triple wash using high end products formulated especially for dogs skin and coat. Then we dry them off and give them a brush.
We will also trim their nails and check if their ears need cleaning.
We recommend a 6 - 8 week schedule for these coat types.
Bath & Deshedding
De-shedding services are suitable for long and short double coated dogs, who drop a lot of hair. Such as Labradors, Pugs, Border Collies or Golden Retrievers.
Just like our bath & blow dry service, except we use a special shampoo especially formulated for shedding coats to help lift dead and dying hair from the follicle.
Then we fully dry the off with a high velocity dryer to remove dead hair and brush and comb them through from head to toe.
We recommend a 6 - 8 week schedule for this service.
Bath & Tidy Up
This bath service, also known as a “mini groom” or “maintenance groom” is for longer coated or fluffy dogs who don’t need a hair cut, but could do with a trim and tidy.
Breeds such as cavaliers, poodles or poodle cross breeds.
This service includes everything from the bath & blow dry as well as a full brush & comb out, clipping of the hygiene areas, and trimming around the face, paws - and any where else thats a little unruly.
This service is ONLY available to dogs who do not have knots or matting and is recommended on a 4 week schedule, alternating with clipping.
Clipping
Also known as a “full clip”, “full groom” or “hair cut” this services is for long and fluffy coated dogs who require clipping to keep the coat well maintained.
Such as maltese, poodle cross breeds, or specifically styled coats such as poodles, westies, schnauzers.
A full service groom is everything from the bath & tidy, plus clipping and styling of the whole body in a variety of coat lengths.
This is our most popular service and we recommend a 6 - 8 week grooming schedule.

Saturday appointments will incur an additional surcharge of 10%
*Please note, these prices should be used as a guide only. Meaning that while they accurately portray the cost of most services, additional charges may occur for poor coat condition, aggression, special handling requirements or additional treatments that your dog may need - such as flea rinses or medicated shampoo.
Extra thick coats, or extra long clips and tidies (over 2cm in length) which take longer than the standard time, will be charged at a rate of $90 per hour.
Prices are determined by several factors including your dogs size, their coat type and condition and how regularly they visit the salon.
We recommend that your prebook or rebook your appointments after each visit, as we can get incredibly busy and long wait times will occur, especially during peak periods.
Size Guide
Small Dogs: Up to 10kg
Medium Dogs: 10-15kg

Booking Fees & Policies
A cancellation fee will be applied to all appointments cancelled without a minimum of 48 hours notice, including no show appointments. This fee must be paid upon canceling you appointment, and no future appointments can be scheduled without payment being received. Late cancellations and no shows can seriously impact us as a business, cancellation fees are used to cover the wages that still need to be paid to your groomer/s.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the listed groom price. No show appointments incur a fee equivalent to the full listed groom price.
Please note that our reminder messages sent the day before your appointment are a courtesy only, fees will not be waived for forgetting your appointment.
Please be aware that we require all new clients to pay a non-refundable booking fee of $50 before we can confirm your first booking. This fee will be put towards the cost of your service. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be used to cover cancellation fees. A new deposit will need to be paid to set up a new booking. First appointments can be rescheduled once before the booking fee is forfeited.
